Jen Heard, MBA – Owner/Organizer

Jen Heard, MBA (Owner) has earned her undergraduate degree from Hope College in Business Administration and Spanish, an MBA from University of Detroit/Mercy in International Management, and post graduate certifications from Thunderbird School of International Management in Global Leadership and Stanford University in Coaching. Jen has taken even more courses toward a second Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership Coaching from Capella University, and was so inspired by the online environment, she now is writing coursework to begin teaching and coaching the skills that she has learned online.

Jen is compassionate, caring and makes organizing easy and fun for parents and kids.  She also can provide family support through difficult times and coaching to continuously improve one’s level of success in time and life management, whether a student, working adult, or parent.  Jen has discovered ways to organize and optimize the energy that she possesses due to her experience as a single parent, an international exchange student host, and her history of complex and highly detailed project and account management.  Jen has learned how to parent and run a household with systems that successfully manage very busy days at a high level of work and family balance, and she enjoys sharing what she has learned with her clients and coaching them to stunning success.

Michele Dilloway:  The latest addition to the Clean Sweep Team in 2016, Michele (a Western Michigan University graduate) loves to help busy families get organized.  Michele offers the same concierge-style service as Jen, but in a slightly different geography.  Michele joining the team has enabled Clean Sweep to have greater reach, and more hands on deck for larger projects.  Michele has a heart to serve and loves to meet new clients where they are to help them get to where they want to be. Kari Paik:  Kari loves that she gets to pursue her passion for interior design as a career.  She has been in the design industry for over 17 years, starting as a painting contractor and expanding into design, and helping clients create spaces that reflect their personal style. As an interior designer, remodeler and artist, Kari has a unique perspective that helps clients envision their space in a new way.  Kari’s professional services include interior design, space planning, CAD design, illustration and color consultation.

Kristine White:  Kristine comes to us with a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Central Michigan.  She loves to work with families with children to help them organize their play spaces and find systems that work for the whole family.  As a busy mom and professional, Kristine has also used her talents to help friends organize their own spaces to fit their needs.  Kristine’s love for helping others combined with her love of organizing make for impressive results.  Check out her LinkedIn Page.

Charlene Erickson: Charlene joins Clean Sweep with a BS in Interior Architecture from Lawrence Tech, and experience designing interiors ranging from hotels to restaurants to private homes.  Charlene achieved her NCIDQ Certification in 2001.  She is skilled in CAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, Word and also has skills in photography and graphic design.  She loves to create spaces that are tailored to the individual and is extremely knowledgeable and a terrific relationship-builder with clients.

 

 

Cori

Corinne Sickman, Organizing Assistant

Corinne Sickman:  Cori graduated from Seaholm High School in June 2017, and has begun her studies at Hope College in Holland, MI.  Cori has been helping her mom with organizing projects since middle school.   Cori assists with unpacking moves, visual arts projects like photo scanning, photographing children’s art work, and memory collage creation.  She is also adept at kids’ rooms (from 6 years of babysitting), kitchen organizing, and garage/basement toy clean-up.  Cori has a gift for working with children. She often provides child care while her mom organizes as well.
