Question: How soon prior to an appointment can I cancel without incurring a charge?
Answer: You must cancel appointments 24 hours prior to the visit, or risk incurring charges up to 50% of the visit you cancelled. Inclement weather and urgent illnesses taken into consideration, of course. We aren't monsters. We are moms too. If you forget about us and no-show, we reserve the right to ask you to cover our cost to come out at up to 50% of the value of the business.
Question: How many products will you purchase at one time for me?
Answer: We buy a lot of items for a lot of people, so we will purchase up to $250 per client per visit, and expect receipts to be reimbursed at time of service. Clients have also provided their card to make purchases on so that the products bill directly to them, and that is also acceptable to us.
Question: Do you ever travel out of Oakland County or Michigan to a job site?
Answer: In the past, we have traveled to Pennsylvania, Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, West Michigan and Florida for our customers. Travel expenses must be paid up front by the client, and time, transportation, materials and meals must be covered by the client.
Question: When is payment due and how can I pay?
Answer: Payment is due at time of service or as soon as invoice is presented via QuickBooks. Clean Sweep accepts credit cards via Square, other payments through Venmo, Zelle, Quickpay through Chase bank, checks, cash and more. (Credit Card processing fees may apply at 3% of total.)
